the room was large and brand-new, offered facilities we needed. the bed was comfy and bathroom was clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Utc Dago Hotel. The location was fantastic, surrounded by numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel has recently been renovated, which was evident in the clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast provided great value for money, with a tasty and varied selection. The strong wifi signal throughout the hotel was also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and great amenities.

This hotel is well located, with easy access to the main street, very close to Bandung’s largest mall and in the town area, beside a shopping plaza. the rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. the staff are friendly and ready to help. It’s a shame that the breakfast doesn’t have many choices, but the overall experience is quite enjoyable.

The only downside is the absence of a hair dryer in the room, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

We did appreciate that the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea in the room, which helped us save some money. the hotel's location close to the malls and other tourist spots was a big plus, as we didn't have to travel far. Another thing we liked about the hotel was the spacious parking area, which allowed us to park comfortably and feel secure.

the bed sheets and towels were old and worn out, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with several parks and shops within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the proximity to a mall with a supermarket and great coffee shops behind the hotel. The room we stayed in was larger than expected, with multiple seating areas and TVs.

While the staff was attentive and quick to respond when we needed something, the quality of the breakfast left something to be desired. The limited selection and average taste left us wanting more.
